Dailey Chiropractic, Inc. believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Insurance

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office, including Medicare and Medicaid. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge. We DO NOT accept auto accident, worker's compensation, or personal injury.

No Insurance/Underinsured

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we offer an affordable plan called Chiro Health USA. This yearly membership costs only $49.00 a year and entitles patients and their dependents to pay network discounts similar to our insured patients.

• A single $49 annual membership includes everyone in your immediate family.
• Partially insured patients who have coverage for some services and not others, like Medicare patients, may use their ChiroHealthUSA benefits to complement their existing benefits, specifically for the non-covered services.
• Patients may use their membership cards at more than 3,000 doctors in the network.
