Our Philosophy

Quantum Vitality Centres are based on the concept that  "VITALISM" and SCIENCE are COMPATIBLE entities.

Historically, "scientific" medicine rebuked the concepts of "vitalism" in it's many forms- acupuncture, chiropractic, magnetic therapy, etc., etc. dismissing them as forms of "quackery". This was partially because of science's inability to understand and measure the clinical outcomes of those practices.

In recent decades, with the evolution of computerized capability, and the development of the principles of quantum mechanics and quantum physics, this has all changed.

With modern technology, we now have the capability to utilize the principles of quantum mechanics and quantum physics to bring a "mechanistic application to vitalism".

VITALISM AND SCIENCE ARE COMPATIBLE!

Evolution of Healing

Since the dawn of history, mankind has continually searched for the secrets of improved health, healing, wellness, and longer life. Our ancestors learned to gather, propagate and cultivate herbs, plants, and flowers - known to have specific capabilities to stimulate and enhance healing.

Plants with specific healing powers are generally referred to as botanicals. They are a tremendous boon to health because they contain not only Fats, Starches, and Proteins, but also other natural substances such as Vitamins, Minerals, and Enzymes, along with other chemicals which have the power to stimulate your body's ability to heal itself.

Over time the various forms and methods of healing have been organized and systematized into separate and distinct professions. For instance, Ancient Egypt was well known for high-caliber physicians. More than 5,000 years ago in Ancient India a form of botanical healing was developed and is known as Ayurvedic treatment. At about the same time, Ancient China not only developed herbal healing - but also developed what is known today as Acupuncture. Ancient Greece had its own healers including, Hippocrates, and Galen - who were not only famous physicians in their time but have become historically renowned because of their textbook writings. Tribal societies have a long history of using spiritual healing coupled with herbal remedies. Thus, tribal doctors (called Shamans) act as both priests and physicians.

In the United States during the 1700's and 1800's there were many types of doctors and healers practicing and specializing in different methods and techniques. Out of this eclectic mixture of doctors and healers there evolved several separate and distinct professions including, Psychology, Psycho-therapy, and Hypnosis, along with a variety of other professions including, Naturopathy, Physical Therapy, Podiatry, Optometry, and Dentistry.

In 1874 a medical physician named Andrew Taylor Still started a new healing system called Osteopathy. And in 1895 a Canadian born doctor, D. D. Palmer, practicing in Davenport, Iowa discovered an entirely new method for diagnosing and treating human ailments which he called Chiropractic.

Since that time the Chiropractic Profession has grown from one doctor and one patient to more than 60,000 Chiropractic Doctors in the United States treating millions of Chiropractic Patients. As a profession, it is still growing and expanding rapidly. That's because it works.
