LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
At Pomperaug Chiropractic, we take pride in accommodating our patients when in need of our services. Having said that, our office can be very busy which, at times, results to placing someone on our waiting list.
It’s important to remember that, should you fail to keep your appointment without letting us know, we won’t be able to accommodate the patients on our waiting list.
Therefore, we require at least a 24-hour notice if you’re not able to make your appointment.
Please note that, a $60.00 cancellation fee will be charged, if you fail to show up or cancel in advance more than once.
