EDUCATION AND TRAINING.

Dr. Russman completed her medical training at Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA, and an internship in Internal Medicine at Reading Hospital Medical Center, Reading, PA Dr. Russman also completed anesthesiology residency programs at University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore, MD, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA Dr. Russman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, as well as the American Academy of Pain Management. She is a member of the American Pain Society, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, and the International Spine Injection Society. Dr. Russman is certified in radiofrequency and implantable techniques in the management of chronic pain. She is an expert in the management of acute and chronic pain resulting from amputation, post-herpetic complications, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, lower back disorders and malignancies. Dr. Russman is experienced in vascular, tumor, extracranial neurosurgery, and in management of spinal cord trauma.

As a Pain Management specialist who believes in the multi-disciplinary approach, she practices what is often preached - enhanced quality care and extended concern for her patients. Uniquely qualified by virtue of her in-depth knowledge of regional techniques, pharmacology, anatomy and physiology, Dr. Russman is able to utilize a variety of modalities in an attempt to alleviate pain. Her straightforward, solution focused methods have allowed her to quickly return countless injured workers back to work without the unnecessary delays frequently seen in the California Workers Compensation industry.
