Reiki was a great entry for Dr. Chris Lipat DC into the realm of energy healing, which eventually led her to create her advanced healing arts Mind-Body Energy Medicine practice. Reiki is a wonderful way to contribute to another's journey towards health and wholeness. It's the gift that keeps on giving. Learning reiki transforms your relationship with your body, your mind, your spirit. Jim Davis, a Raku Kei Reiki Master who trained under Arthur Robertson, created a Reiki system from which White Light Reiki is based.

Dr. Lipat is a White Light Reiki Master and has been a registered Karuna Reiki® Master with the International Center for Reiki Training since 2004. As of February 2020, she has given over 300 attunements and initiated 6 White Light Reiki Masters and 4 Karuna Reiki® Masters. She adds training on muscle testing and other tips to maximize your abilities, whether you seek to focus only on healing yourself or your family, or if you are a professional practitioner expanding your skills in the healing arts. REIKI 2 CLASS

Reiki 3 Class - Expert Level White Light Reiki

July 18, September 5 and December 5, 2020 (Saturday) 1:30-5:30pm

Mo'ili'ili, Honolulu, HI (depending on the amount of students)

Prerequisite: Any Reiki I and II (bring your certificates and the symbols you have learned)

* Works on a spiritual level as well as physical, emotional and mental
* Expanded spiritual awareness
* Additional sacred symbols plus traditional symbols
* Learn how to "Beam" Reiki and a diagnostic technique called "Scanning"
* Pendulum clearing
* Regarded as the level to open a practice

White Light Reiki has 4 levels: the Expert Level 3 plus the Master/Teaching Level 4. In my line, it is required for you to become a registered Karuna Reiki^® practitioner prior to becoming a White Light Reiki Master Teacher.

Karuna Reiki^® is the next level after White Light Reiki 3 Expert Level. Karuna Reiki^® was founded by teachers at The International Center for Reiki Training and is only taught by registered practitioners. Because the energies are stronger and potential for healing greater, it is only taught to people who have been attuned to and practicing at White Light Expert Level or Reiki Master level. If you cannot make the following dates, please inform me of your interest and availability and I may shift dates to accommodate the most students available.

There are two levels plus a master teaching level in Karuna Reiki^®. Those who take these classes will become registered practitioners or masters with the International Center for Reiki Training. Karuna Reiki^® 1 and 2 are practitioner levels. I will teach Karuna Reiki^® Master level in a follow up weekend, no less than 8 weeks after practitioner training, on the same day as the White Light Reiki Master level training. White Light Reiki Masters in my line from Maria Socorro Laya Smith are powerful because of their experience, training and additional attunement to Karuna Reiki^® energies

White Light Reiki Master Class

Preparation for your Reiki Class Attunement

(to begin the week before class -- these points are suggested but not required):

*Eat healthy food (if you eat meat, choose the no-hormone kind) and abstain from or decrease caffeine (including chocolate) and any unnecessary medications. Alcohol consumption should also be avoided. These create imbalances in the nervous and endocrine systems.
*Minimize caffeine on the day of the class.
*If you smoke, cut back a few days before and minimize smoking on the day of the class.

*If you practice meditation regularly, practice meditation days before your class.

*Consider seeing Dr. Lipat or other bodywork practitioners prior to class to align and prepare your body for receiving each high vibrational reiki energy attunement.

Dr. Chris Lipat DC has been a White Light Reiki and Karuna Reiki^® Master Teacher since 2004. She is a holistic doctor and has been practicing Mind-Body Energy Medicine in Honolulu since 2011. She was a volunteer Reiki practitioner at Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Care Clinic for low-income women with cancer in Oakland, CA for 3 years. Dr. Lipat began her holistic healing journey with taking her first Reiki class in 2002. Her spiritual healing path eventually led her to become a chiropractor. She regularly incorporates reiki into her work with patients. Dr. Lipat's Reiki Master is Maria Socorro Laya Smith based in NYC.
