These are extraordinary, transformative times. We are witnessing a collective global healing crisis while at the same time experiencing it on an intensely individual basis, as the Coronavirus requests that we handle our symptoms in seclusion (see No Hugs). In this healing crisis, for those who can, staying at home helps us and the earth to rebuild our reserves, optimize our immune systems, and to breakthrough and transform these old disconnected ways of being. We are revaluing, reprioritizing, reconnecting, rethinking, reenvisioning. We are in the process of enacting more compassionate ways of being with ourselves, each other and the earth.

Telehealth (including reiki energetic/emotional clearing & balancing, nutrition and intuitive guidance) is a powerful offering. I have opened up a 60 minute Telehealth option and The KNOWING Method Virtual 3 month Program to support your healing needs. In person sessions are available again beginning May 2020.

Note that you will be requested to contribute an additional copay for integrative services included in the visit but not covered by your insurance, such as nutrition, reiki, neuroemotional approaches and lifestyle coaching.
