Neurological Therapies

I started adding more neurological therapies to my office. The video on the left shows before she did exercises and the video shows afterwards.

The patient is told to turn her head and close her eyes and return to neutral. In the first video you can see her over shoot before she returns to neutral. In the second video she stops almost in neutral.

Why is this important? If the brain and the neck are not communicating correctly then this will lead to chronic neck pain, headaches, or migraines. Try it out at home and see if you stop in the middle or overshoot.
