Extreme Low Back Pain

A patient had extreme low back pain which he expressed was a 15/10 pain, and at one point was stuck laying on the floor for 4 hours. An MRI confirmed he had two herniated discs. One herniation was on a nerve shooting pain down his leg into his foot. He was considering a cortisone injection or surgery due to the intense pain. After 6 weeks of chiropractic care, laser therapy, and electric stimulation his pain is down to a 1/10 and was he was able to avoid surgery and the cortisone injection.
