Dr. P here and Dianna. This is a simple one; people generally know this. It helps. I don't prescribe it often but it's a good starting point. Laying on your bed, lay on the floor, ideally floor. Just knee to chest. Bring it up there and pull pull. Use your hands. Pull your Knee to your chest. OK, that's pretty simple. Most people can do that. Now, let's do both of them. Generally a fetal position, and if you need help here you can have a partner do this. The key is long holds. A lot of people do this first thing in the morning. I'm going to try to dissuade you from doing that. I'm going to show you some other things I want to do first thing in the morning, but this is a good one to add to your routine if you're a little bit warmed up. Thanks.
