Alright, Dr. P here again. This is the ball and you've seen this in various gyms and such and everybody. But a lot of times they're just sitting over there gathering dust and in the box it comes with a lot of stretches and strengthening that you can do. Well, it's a different story when you actually see it done. And many people say they use these but they really don't. But I'm going to demonstrate the one couple that I like for your core as well as stretching the back, it feels good it's just a joyous feel if you do it right. But, it needs to be done right. So, she's sitting, she's got her butt close to more towards the front of the ball, she's gonna walk out. You got to control this. Learn to do this. She’s dropping her butt down...that's the hardest part anybody ever had is that control of this ball at this point. So, you got her butt low. Now she's going to reach up with her arms and she's going to drop back, okay. Now, two things at this point that nobody ever does. You got to get that head and you got to get that tail on this ball. Reach for it, you got it? Butt and head on the ball and these are like this. Great stretch, arch of the back, lordosis, all the things that we want to do. This is the way you stretch. Okay, so when you come up, careful. You come here, head off, release the butt, walk up the ball, back and good. Alright, so that's finished.
