Cranberry Pecan Cheese Balls

*Cranberry Pecan Cheese Balls*


Ingredients:

- 2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)
- 4 oz white cheddar cheese (grated)
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced chives

Coating:

- 1/2 cup sliced chives
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (chopped)
- 30 pretzel sticks

Directions:

- Combine all ingredients in large bowl, stirring until blended
- Use a small scooper to scoop out small balls
- Roll into a ball using hands
- Add chives, pecan, and cranberries in separate small bowl
- Roll cheese balls into coating and insert pretzel sticks*
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Serve with your favorite crackers and pretzels

**Note: If preparing more than 4 hours in advance, don't add pretzel
sticks until ready to serve.*
