CROCK POT APPLE CRISP
Ingredients:
5 apples, thinly sliced
4 TBSP natural honey
1 1/2 TSP ground cinnamon
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup almond flour
1 TBSP lemon juice
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine apples and lemon juice, then stir in honey and cinnamon until all is well combined. Add this mixture to the crock pot and spread on the bottom. Now add the topping ingredients to another bowl and mix until it starts to crumble. Add this mixture to the top of the apples in the crock pot. Tip to help with moisture is adding a few paper
towels to top of the crock pot then place the lid shut to help absorb. Cook for 3-4 hours on high heat or 6-8 on low heat. Enjoy!
