Ingredients:
2 pounds ground turkey
2 cans black beans
2 cans diced tomato
1 jar V8 low sodium juice
2 onions, chopped
Chili Seasoning/ Tabasco sauce to taste
2 garlic cloves
1 green pepper, chopped
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Top with:
Fat Free sour cream
Chives
Reduced fat shredded cheese
Directions:
Place ground turkey into a large skillet and cook on a medium heat while
breaking down meat into crumbles and drain. Transfer meat to a crock pot
along with the rest of the ingredients then cook on low heat for 8-10
hours. Then top with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
