CROCK POT CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat dry milk
15oz can pumpkin puree
2 organic eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 TSP ground cinnamon
1 TSP ground nutmeg
1/4 TSP ground cardamom
1/2 TSP salt
Directions:
Line your crock pot with foil (bowl like). Mix all ingredients together in
a bowl until smooth, then pour mixture into the crock pot. Cook for 2 and
1/2 hours on high. Top with reduced fat whip cream if you like and enjoy!
