Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 TBSP Vanilla
- 1/2 unrefined sugar
- 2 organic eggs
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 TSP salt
- 1 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 TSP baking powder
- 1/2 cup ground flax
Directions:
Coat the coconut oil on the bottom and sides of the crockpot. Place parchment paper on bottom then add more oil on top of that. In a bowl add coconut oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix together. In another bowl add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix. Combine both bowls together then add chocolate chips and mix till well combined. Spread cookie dough on bottom of crockpot and flatten. Cook on low setting for 2 1/2-3 hours until middle is well cooked. Take out when done and let it cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
