Keto Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients:

- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Gluten-Free baking powder
- 2 cups Almond flour
- ½ tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1 egg (cage free)
- ⅓ cup Heavy cream
- ⅓ cup Kerrygold Butter
- 1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Topping:

- 3 tbsp melted Kerrygold butter
- ¼ tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- ⅛ tsp Pink himalayan salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the baking powder, almond flour, and salt and in a large bowl. Then stir in the heavy cream, egg, and melted butter until combined, slowly add in shredded cheese. Use a large scoop (like for cookies) and place dough on the lined baking sheet. Form this into a round biscuit shape and flatten with your fingers. Place in the oven and bake for 12-16 minutes or until golden and semi-firm. Then brush melted butter topping onto biscuits.
