Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup of Raspberries (washed and drained)
  • 1.5 tbs of honey or other natural sweetener
  • 1 cup chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Blend all together (leaving a few of the berries to top with)
  2. Put in refrigerator until firm 
  3. Decorate with berries
