Tomato Brushcetta

I loaf whole grain bread, cut into 3/4 inch slices
6 roma (plum tomatoes (chopped)
!/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
3 tbs olive oil, or avocado oil
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup basil (fresh recommended)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven on broiler setting , arrange on a baking sheet
combine all tomates, wet ingredients in a large bowl and allow it to stand for 10 minutes. ]
Broil bread until slightly brown and wait a couple of minutes
Divide all mixture over the bread and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
