Sit comfortably in an upright position. Lift both arms to the side to 90 degrees and bend both elbows to 90 degrees. Maintaining your arm position, pull your shoulder blades together. You'll feel your mid-back muscles contracting and you'll feel a stretch across your upper chest on both sides. Relax and return to the starting position.
