Actions vs Attitudes

Both are learned, but one drives the other.

When we are trying to feel better, get stronger, lean out, or make any other various physical changes, then we often have to change our ACTIONS.

What holds us back though?

ATTITUDES.

Old attitudes that we may have learned along our walk of life.

Old attitudes that may not have served us well in the past and are not serving us well in our new adventure.

Actions are physical, and so they can run into physical obstacles.  Start a new exercise program and knee pain gets in the way.  Start a new diet and that fast food place is stopping us in our tracks.  Physical obstacles get in the way of physical changes.

How do we get over those physical obstacles?

With the ONE THING we have complete control over.  Our attitudes.

Someone walks up to me and slaps me.  My attitude can be to turn the other cheek or my attitude can take me down further physical obstacles.

Here are some healthy attitudes to take with you today:

I love making salads.

I love doing my little walks and getting my exercises in today.

I love serving others no matter what they say or do or how they try and interfere with my progress.  I love them and now I'm moving forward with my goals.
