It makes us feel good. It's really that simple! And it is the best thing you can do for yourself. Many of us work at a desk for long periods of time and are not moving very frequently. And this is causing a lot of the pain that we are experiencing.
We are meant to move.
Just get up and walking around for 2 minutes. Do it again, each hour throughout your workday. It doesn't have to be anything strenuous. Just stretch your legs. It really will make a difference!
