Moving Feels Good

We all want to feel good. Right? It's only natural. We don't want to
be in pain at work, when we are playing with our kids, or doing our
favorite hobbies. We have better focus, better productivity, and more
joy in our life when we can go about our lives pain free.

The best way we can feel good, is to move. I am not saying to do any
sort of strenuous exercise for 2 hours at a time. It can be as simple
as raising your arms and extending them outward. Or, you can do your
chin tucks! You can also go for a quick walk, do push ups, or do a few
squats. Anything to get yourself moving. It WILL feel good!
