So many people talk about the emphasis of stretching your calf. You do it before running or doing some other workout. But there is something else that is important to stretch out. And we neglect it quite often. It's the muscle opposite the calf. Also called the tibia lid anterior. When we don't stretch this muscle though and only work on our calf, we don't get much benefit. We need to stretch both.
