Moving while you sit

I know we find ourselves stuck at a desk all day, grinding at work.  And during this time, we are sitting.  But there are a number of exercises we can do to keep ourselves moving, even while we are sitting.  And this is important because as humans, we are designed to move.  It’s part of who we are and it's incredibly important that we move as much as we can or else our muscles atrophy.  And not only that, but our bodies will adapt to the situations we put it under, and not necessarily in a positive way.
