A great way to improve your mobility is with your hips. More specifically, your internal and external hip rotators. You use your rotators in a variety of ways every day. When you walk, run, or squat, you are using your hips. And these are all important movements. We would not survive without our rotators. So it would make sense that we would want to take good care of this part of our body.
