The doctors at IMP New Lenox take the time others don't to provide one-on-one care, where each plan is customized, individualized and personalized for the relief of their pain.


Integrated Physical Medicine (IPM) has been a fixture in New Lenox for over a decade. Drs. Scott Kenny and Dr. Jon Polcyn both attended high school at Providence Catholic and were eager to open their first practice in the community they grew up in. IPM New Lenox has been a major supporter of local youth athletics and has helped all of the local CrossFit athletes stay happy and healthy. Dr. Scott Kenny has been the Co-Owner and clinic director at New Lenox, our flagship clinic since 2010. Both doctors and their extremely talented support staff utilized an unparalleled combination of one on one injury rehabilitation and chiropractic care.


Pain Relief

The primary goals of any care plan at IPM New Lenox are to properly diagnose, treat and educate our patients to make them proficient at self care. In our opinion, every doctor should strive to make visits to the clinic few and far between! Some of the most common ailments that the are treated effectively at IPM New Lenox are: Neck Pain, Back Pain, Headaches, Knee Pain, Hip Pain, Shoulder Pain, Sciatica and Pinched Nerves. Dr. Scott Kenny

Chiropractor

New Lenox chiropractor Dr. Scott J. Kenny is a co-owner, clinic director, and a treating physician at the IPM New Lenox office.

Dr. Scott received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and a Chemistry minor from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa in 2001. He then obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic and second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the National University of Health Sciences located in Lombard, Illinois in 2004. While attending Loras College, Dr. Scott was a member of an NCAA nationally ranked wrestling team. Since that time, and while practicing at a past clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada, he taught classes in Phlebotomy, Anatomy and Physiology, and Kinesiology. He is the acting sports team physician for many local youth sports (football, wrestling, rugby). Dr. Scott has listed on the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) Concussion Registry as a healthcare provider who has successfully completed the ACBSP Concussion Registry Course (Concussion Course) and is, therefore, qualified to evaluate, diagnose, and manage concussed individuals in any patient population. He is also a certified body fat assessor through the IHSA and therefore able to test and assist Illinois high school wrestlers in safe and healthy weight loss. Dr. Scott has also achieved post-graduate certifications as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and as a Fellow, International Academy Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA). He has taken multiple courses in dry needling, kinesiology taping, and he has started three-year post-graduate Diplomate programs in Sports and Orthopaedics. He has also started training towards certification in the McKenzie Method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT). His beautiful wife is named Vanessa and he has a daughter named Sienna and two sons, Knox and Mak. His hobbies include nutrition, CrossFit, weight training, exercise, and wrestling.


Dr. Jonathan Burns

Chiropractor

New Lenox chiropractor, Dr. Jonathan Burns was born and raised locally. Growing up in New Lenox, Illinois, he found a passion for sports at a young age. In fact, it was because of a learned competitive drive that Dr. Jon was introduced to the benefits of chiropractic care. After high school, Dr. Jon made his way to St. Ambrose University where he studied Psychology and Biology obtaining his Bachelor’s of Science degree. During his time at St. Ambrose, he worked in the athletic training department as well as the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab. This experience led him to the discovery of his passion for health and wellness, and the importance of creating healthy lifestyle habits. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He is passionate about chiropractic care and is devoted to treating each patient as he would his own family. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, traveling, and attending concerts.


Dr. Christine Oakley

Chiropractor

New Lenox chiropractor, Dr. Christine Oakley grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University in 2007 while actively performing as a starting Division I softball pitcher. Additionally, Dr. Oakley was enrolled in the US Army ROTC program and upon graduation commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant, Aviation officer. She served eight years as a UH-60 A/L/M Black Hawk helicopter pilot, with two deployments to Afghanistan, leaving the service as a Captain in 2015. Dr. Oakley graduated magna cum laude from National University of Health Sciences – Illinois in 2021. Her athletic career motivates her to take a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to functionally assessing and treating patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Oakley is a certified Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) provider and has additional training in McKenzie Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Acupuncture, Webster perinatal technique, and various soft tissue mobilization techniques. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, exercising, and spending time with her husband Ryan and two daughters, Ayla and Athena. She maintains an active lifestyle through CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.


Kelly Drudi, MSN, APN-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Kelly is a board-certified nurse practitioner with full practice authority in the state of Illinois. She received her BSN in 1999 from St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria, IL. Then received her APN from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL in 2011. Kelly is board-certified though American Nurses Credentialing Center as Adult Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, Kelly Drudi is able to compliment IPM's physical therapy and chiropractic work through internal medicine, primary care and telemedicine. Kelly enjoys helping patients to improve their well-being and quality of life, including the offerings and advancements in the field of regenerative medicine. Ground-breaking treatments like trigger point injections, hyaluronic acid injections, human cellular tissue products and platelet rich plasma therapy will now be available with Kelly at IPM. In her free time, Kelly enjoys camping with her husband and daughter in Amboy, IL. She loves live music, attending concerts and watching Broadway musicals. She also likes to cook and garden. Kelly is a dog mom to an English bulldog and Mastiff mix.


Brad Foster

ATC

New Lenox athletic trainer Brad Foster, ATC grew up in New Lenox, Illinois. He is the acting therapy bay manager at the New Lenox office. He attended Lincoln-Way Central High School and graduated in 2012. He then attended Lewis University on a full-ride scholarship to play basketball. Brad played all four years, winning the conference championship his senior year and set the school record for highest field goal percentage in a single season. He graduated from Lewis University in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in athletic training and a minor in natural sciences. Brad is a NATA BOC Certified as a licensed athletic trainer and is also certified in first aid and CPR. He currently acts as one of the athletic trainers for the Lincoln-Way Wrestling Club and the South Suburban Cobras rugby teams. He is the head athletic trainer for the New Lenox Youth Football Association Jr. Knights. He was a past athletic trainer for the Lincoln-Way Patriots semi-professional football team as well. When not working he enjoys attending concerts, playing basketball, seeing movies, playing video games and spending time with his family.


Alvaro Frias-Partida

Athletic Trainer

New Lenox athletic trainer Alvaro Frias-Partida, ATC grew up in Bolingbrook, Illinois. He attended Bolingbrook High School and graduated in 2013. He then graduated from Lewis University with his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2017. During high school and college, he was a member of the track-and-field team. While dealing with his own injuries, he was exposed to the field of sports medicine and learned more about athletic training. Alvaro joined IPM in February of 2021. He is NATA BOC Certified as a licensed athletic trainer. He is also first aid/CPR certified and M1 Graston certified. Prior to working at IPM, he worked as an outreach athletic trainer for Downers Grove South High School for three years. He has also worked for the United States Soccer Federation helping out at DA Academy Showcases in San Diego, Denver, and Sarasota as well. Alvaro will be assisting in athletic training coverage for the Lincoln-Way Wrestling Club, the South Suburban Cobras rugby teams, the New Lenox Youth Football Association Jr. Knights/Jr. Warriors, and the Frankfort Square Wildcats. In his free time, Alvaro enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, going on runs, and trying new foods.


Vanessa Kenny

Executive Director

Vanessa Kenny is the Executive Director of Integrated Physical medicine. Prior to this role, she acted as the Office Manager of the IPM New Lenox location assisting in the day-to-day operations of the front desk and was responsible for billing and collections. Before working at IPM, Vanessa worked in sales and at the front desk of another chiropractic and physical therapy clinic. Vanessa was a division one cross country athlete at Eastern Illinois University and still has a great passion for running. She is the founder, organizer, and coach of the IPM Racing Team. Vanessa and her team participate in several local 5K and 10K races throughout the spring, summer, and early fall. Her personal record for a marathon was set at the Chicago Marathon (3:02). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, fashion, running, and nutrition. She is married to Dr. Scott Kenny and they have three beautiful children, Sienna, Knox, and Mak.


Jennifer Fialko

Office & Billing Manager

Jennifer Fialko graduated from Peotone High School in 2003. Jennifer has taken business management classes and held various positions in the banking industry for several years prior to joining the Integrated Physical Medicine team in June of 2012 as a Front Desk Patient Coordinator at the New Lenox office. She now acts as the Office and Billing Manager. She has also been promoted to Director of Office and Billing Operations for all IPM office locations. Jennifer was a patient prior to becoming employed at IPM and she has been more than a positive contributor since that time. She now has a better understanding of how chiropractic care and physical therapy treatment can be life-changing and looks forward to educating others and showing them what IPM can do for them. In her spare time, Jennifer likes hanging out with friends and family, outdoor activities, running, exercising, and learning about nutrition.


Jessica Kwilosz

Front Desk Manager

Jessica Kwilosz grew up in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to working at Integrated Physical Medicine, she was employed as a human resources coordinator. She joined the IPM team as a Front Desk Patient Coordinator in 2015. She has helped grow the company in so many ways and was eventually promoted to the Front Desk Manager for the New Lenox office location. She now also acts as the Director of Front Desk Operations for all office locations and is responsible for assisting in hiring and training new front desk staff members. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and going to concerts.
