For the past ten years I have had issues with my hands falling asleep on long bike rides, motorcycles and bicycle. About two or three miles into the trip it starts at the pinky and spreads to the rest of my fingers. Six weeks ago I listed this as one of my major complaints with Dr. Yost during our initial consult. Today my wife and I were on a bike trail when I noticed that after a solid hour I could still feel my hands! When I pedaled up to the house, three hours of riding later, there was still NO tingle. My chiropractor rocks!
