  • Dr. Michael Warren – Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.)
Hello, I am Dr. Michael Warren. I am a native of the Rogue Valley and a Crater High graduate (1986). While playing football for Crater High, I herniated a disc in my back, which eventually lead me to chiropractic. Following high school, I attended Southern Oregon University and studied pre-med with the intention of going into orthopedics. However, after two years of continual back pain from my injury, I eventually sought chiropractic treatment as a “last resort” effort to alleviate the pain and discomfort. I was pain free within 3 weeks and sold on chiropractic care! Following university, I attended Western States Chiropractic College in Portland where I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic. 21 years later, I am still privileged to serve the community that served me as I was growing up. I have always been active in sports and have won two national championships in men’s fast-pitch softball. Following my playing career, I became active in coaching youth sports in Central Point including football, basketball, and baseball. Now that my son is playing sports for North Medford High School, I have stepped away from the coaching arena. Over the past 21 years, my practice has evolved into a very diverse clinic treating sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, worker’s comp injuries, children, adults, and the elderly as well as difficult cases which resemble my “last resort” experience. My continuing education interests include nutritional guidance, clinical neurology, and rehabilitation. We also employ massage therapy throughout our practice, because I feel true overall health and wellness is comprised of so many factors. Every patient’s treatment plan is designed just for them because we are all unique. I believe in health care not sick care. To truly be healthy is to remove the cause of the symptoms, not mask it with medication. This can involve not only treatment with our clinic, but dietary and activity changes made by you. In 2015, I was selected as a Top Chiropractor in Medford, OR by the International Association of Chiropractors. This can be viewed in the publication The Leading Physicians of the World. Please visit our clinic near the Medford Intl. Airport or call for an appointment. It may be the call that changes your life.
  • Karen Warren – Front Desk
I started working at Crater Chiropractic in March of 2007. I thoroughly love being the office manager here. We strive for a friendly and relaxing atmosphere here in our office. We have the best and friendliest patients! It’s always nice to see our patients happy and smiling. I am happily married with 3 awesome boys. I am also a grandma of an amazing 4-year-old and 2 other baby boys. Being a grandparent is the most wonderful thing I have ever experienced. I am now in the process of updating the playroom to accommodate our newest additions. Drawing, working out, and hiking are some of the things I like to do along with playing with my Grandchildren. I first met Dr. Warren when I brought my son to see him at age 8 after receiving injuries from dirt biking. He was unable to run, jump, ride a bicycle, and many other things. He would stay curled up on the couch crying most of the day. He missed half of his third grade year while I took him to several doctors and specialists (all of whom found nothing wrong). Then we were referred to Dr. Warren who diagnosed and treated him. It was great to see him back to a normal rambunctious boy again! One of the best things about chiropractic: It is all natural. Another good thing: It works!
  • Alyssa Vincent – Office Manager and Laser Technician
As a young child, I was introduced to chiropractic and the wonderful benefits it can have on the human body. I believe very strongly in this practice and am thankful for the opportunity to help with our patient’s road to a healthier and more comfortable life. After high school, I studied aesthetics in Corvallis, Oregon. Shortly after, I started my own business in Roseburg doing aesthetics along with bridal make-up. After 6 years in the cosmetology business, my husband and I decided to move our family to Medford so he could attend the dental hygiene program offered at OIT. Not knowing if Medford would be part of our long-term plans, I decided to work part-time at Dutch Bros. rather than start another business locally. In my extra time, I enjoy staying busy outdoors and being athletically active with our two sons. After a short while living in Medford, I met Rachell at a Crossfit class and we soon became friends. She informed me of the chiropractic assistant position available in the office, and I was immediately excited for the chance to start a career in a field I feel so strongly about. Knowing first hand of the benefits that chiropractic can bring, I was eager to start on a new path of learning and helping others. I have now grown, not only as an individual, but in my career here at Crater Chiropractic. After being the Dr.'s assistant, I moved to billing and now I am the Office Manager as well as the Laser Technician. After a 4 years, I’ve already met so many wonderful people from our community and I look forward to meeting all of the new people that will come through our doors in the future.
  • Rachell White – Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT, MCP, CA)
Rachell is native to the Rogue Valley and has enjoyed watching her community grow and begin to offer better options for alternative healthcare. Her first experience with chiropractic was at age 8 to treat the symptoms of mild scoliosis. As a teenager and into her adult life, she continued to seek relief from chronic pain through chiropractic care. This led her to work in the field as a chiropractic assistant and eventually as a licensed massage therapist. She has dedicated the last 10 years to helping patients with chronic pain, acute injuries, and other musculoskeletal issues. She believes each person is unique and treats their session as such. Using deep tissue, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education techniques, Rachell’s focus is to get the body functioning as a whole. Through the use of Swedish massage, she helps relieve the pain and discomfort of changing bodies for pre and post-natal patients. Her belief is that by taking care of yourself through preventative care such as diet, exercise, and regular bodywork, you are better equipped to fight off disease and daily life stress. In her spare time, Rachell stays active through CrossFit, yoga, and hiking. To relax, she enjoys going to concerts, reading, and playtime with her Mini Blue Heeler, Dodge.
  • Alyse Conley – Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
I am so grateful in being able to build my practice while serving the community. I was born in with the healing properties of massage. My goal as an LMT is to be able to assist in the healing process of the body, as well as educating my clients on how to best serve their individual needs to maintaining their health. I offer deep tissue therapy and Swedish relaxation massage as a service to my clients. My intention in being an LMT is to be in close contact and to establish an open relationship between my clients and myself. It is very important to me to be present and supportive during the session as well as the aftercare process.
  • Michelle Whipps- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
I am a mother of 9 and do great at multitasking! Life is never a dull moment around my house, so when massage came into my life, I enjoyed every minute of relaxation and therapy that comes with it. This profession is something that I am able to use not only as a career but in my daily life with my family as well. My Goal is to help my patients with their day to day pain as well as bringing some relaxation into their session so they have a moment to let their bodies heal.
  • Yuri Vincent- Billing & Insurance Specialist
As a husband, father and Army Veteran I take great pride in service to the community. With my unique political background I am able to understand the big picture. I received my BA of Science from Southern Oregon University and I enjoy using my ingenuity for patient solutions. I am blessed to be the fourth generation in my family to work in the health related industry. Here, at Crater Chiropractic Clinic, we are like family and that is why I am so excited to be a part of the CCC team.
