Dr. Regina Holt
Dr. Holt was born in Dublin, Ireland. At the age of nine her family moved to the Inland Empire and she has lived here ever since. She has been dedicated to serving Upland and Rancho Cucamonga communities since 1988 with the most effective and up-to-date chiropractic treatment. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Holt is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients.
Dr. Holt attended Cal Poly, Pomona majoring in Biology. Her undergraduate curriculum consisted of basic sciences such as inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, and physics, in addition to anatomy and physiology courses.
Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Holt was accepted at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, California. During her studies at LACC, courses included biochemistry, a major emphasis on anatomy and human physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, and chiropractic adjusting techniques. She graduated Cum Laude in 1987.
Dr. Regina Holt has been freeing people from pain ever since. Dr. Holt uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Holt is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health. Dr. Holt has been trained in various chiropractic techniques including Activator, Cox Flexion Distraction and Erchonia low level laser. Her California license number is DC19152.
Dr. Holt has been married to L. Dennis Michael, Mayor of Rancho Cucamonga, since 1993. She is a Christian, loves to cook, travel, scuba dive and spend time with family and friends.
