Get rid of TMJ!

Let's talk about your jaw and your spine.

Do you ever get clicking and popping in your jaw?

I have so many patients with what's called TMJ where the jaw clicks, pops when you talk, when you eat, and sometimes even locks into place. It is not comfortable. It's gross, right? And for those who have it, it's like, I just want it to go away.

Most of my patients that come in actually have some imbalance up here in the upper part of their spine.

When this is out of whack, the jaw will be out of whack.

It's so cool. When we adjust the spine, the jaw goes back into place. So if you're dealing with things like TMJ, clicking, popping, pain in your jaw, locking, or you've got to wear a bite splint, or you grind at night - those are all signs that you probably need to have your spine checked.

So give me, Dr. Paula Ruffin, a call. I believe everybody deserves to be able to talk and chew without having any that annoying clicking and popping, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
