Cabbage Chicken Salad

Are your garden cabbages getting ready to offer up their delicious, nutritious vital nutrients to you?

Napa cabbage boasts high amounts of Vitamins A and C! Add grilled chicken chunks to it, and you have a fantastic main-meal salad!

Dressing: Mix 1 T each of your favorite organic vinegar (we like Bragg's ACV) and Extra Virgin OIive Oil. Add a splash of Bragg Liquid Aminos or even better:  Coconut Aminos.

Toss dressing over the salad fixings: 4C thinly sliced napa cabbage, 1 clove garlic (pressed). 1T freshly grated ginger, and chopped cilantro to taste. Add in 2 grilled chicken breasts, chunked (hot or cold), and toss well. Serve this vitalizing, healthy meal to your family or dinner guests.
