  • DR.
    IDA ALLEN-BERGMAN

'Today our society is more nutritionally deficient than ever. People are lead to believe that what they are consuming will not have an effect on their health, yet nutrition related degenerative diseases continue to plague our society. In order to heal the body from afflictions of improper nutrition, one must understand the importance of an individualized nutritional program. Just as each individual is unique, each individual's healing cycle is also unique. No two nutritional programs are ever alike. Furthermore, any healing barriers must be found and handled before optimal recuperation can occur at a cellular level.'

    JEROD BERGMAN

'General adaptations are taking place in our society every day. The human body adapts to stress whether it is physical, chemical, or mental. How our bodies handle these stressors is what is concerning. What triggers adaptations such as heart disease, diabetes, syndrome X, etc.? What makes one athlete perform better than another? Why do some people get cancer and others with similar backgrounds do not? Over the years I have only found one true answer to all of the above questions and it is derived from an individual's level of nutrition. The human body cannot repair itself in the absence of key elements required by the body through nutrition. The nutritionally deficient foods that are so very readily available today do the body a tremendous disfavor by breaking down our physiologic processes and functions thus giving our bodies only two choices: adapt through disease, or die. In our office we are able to affect many lives with just a few key changes. Remove the stressors, support the body through nutrition, and the self-healing, self-regulating human body will restore and repair.'
