Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal or cooked brown rice
- 2 cups milk, raw or organic
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, optional
- Cinnamon
- Dried fruit
- Nuts
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Grease 8x8 pan. Refrigerate overnight for oatmeal.
- Bake 350 degrees.
