Here is a must try recipe for those steak lovers! The wonderful combination of flavors in this mustard sauce really completes the steak.
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 1 tablespoon coarse-grain Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- Sea salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless top round steak
Instructions
- Whisk together the garlic, Dijon mustard, Bragg's, ground mustard, salt and pepper.
- Heat oven to broil. Line a broiler pan with foil and place steak on top. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the top of the steak and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Broil steak to desired doneness, 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
