Mustard Steak

Here is a must try recipe for those steak lovers! The wonderful combination of flavors in this mustard sauce really completes the steak.
Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon coarse-grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless top round steak

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the garlic, Dijon mustard, Bragg's, ground mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oven to broil. Line a broiler pan with foil and place steak on top. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the top of the steak and let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Broil steak to desired doneness, 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
