Moroccan Fish

Enjoy the flavors of this Moroccan tasty fish dinner recipe.
Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
  • 3 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 6 white fish fillets
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together the garlic, cumin, paprika, tomato puree, and lemon juice. Place the fish in a glass baking dish and spread the tomato mixture over the fish, cover and chill for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mix.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Arrange half the tomatoes and peppers in a baking dish. Place the fish on top and cover with the rest of the tomatoes and peppers. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve.
