Mexican Style Corn |

Jazz up the a typical corn dish with this Mexican Style Corn recipe.
Ingredients
- 6 ears corn, cut off the cob
- 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter salt
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Saute peppers and onion gently in the butter. Add corn and cooked, covered for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is just tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
