Lime Garlic Salmon |

Serves: 6.
Lime juice and garlic really compliment salmon in this broasted salmon dish.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 limes, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 6 salmon fillets
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix the first four ingredients together. Add the fish and turn to coat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Place the salmon on a broiler pan and broil for 5 minutes per side. Fish is done when it flakes easily with fork.
