Indian Style Corn |

There are many ingredients that make this Indian Style Corn dish delicious- Mustard seeds, red pepper flakes and ginger just to name a few.
Ingredients
- 6 ears corn, cut off the cob
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 6 tablespoons organic butter
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped (wear gloves)
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 2 cups organic full fat plain yogurt
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Saute the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red pepper flakes and ginger in butter. Add onion and jalapeno peppers and saute until tender. Add turmeric and stir.
- Add corn and garlic and mix well. Simmer gently until the corn is just tender. Stir in the yogurt and season to taste. Garnish with cilantro.
