Glazed Pearl Onions |

Ingredients
- 30 pearl onions, peeled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon stevia
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Mix stevia and chicken stock in a pan and heat gently. Place onions, oil, butter, and chicken stock mixture and salt in a large enough skillet to hold the onions in a single layer. Add the vinegar and bring the mixture to a boil, cover and cook a few minutes, until the onions begin to soften.
- Remove the lid and cook uncovered until the liquid has evaporated and the onions become coated with glaze.
