Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 sprout tortillas
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
- Shred the chicken with a fork. Place on a sprouted grain tortilla and add your favorite taco toppings.
