If you are a taco fan you have to try this Crock-Pot Taco Chicken recipe that is bursting with intense flavors.
Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 sprout tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
  2. Shred the chicken with a fork. Place on a sprouted grain tortilla and add your favorite taco toppings.
