Balsamic Green Beans and Mushrooms |

Balsamic vinegar adds a nice touch to sauteed green beans and mushrooms in this dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook green beans in a saucepan of salted water, bring to a boil and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add green beans and vinegar and season to taste with salt and pepper, toss to combine and serve warm.
