Baked Halibut |

Keep fish fry Fridays healthy with this delicious baked halibut recipe.
Ingredients
- 6 halibut steaks
- Sea salt and pepper
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Sprinkle halibut with salt and pepper and place in a glass baking dish. Spoon tomato over the fish.
- In a skillet heat the oil and saute the onion and mushrooms till soft, then add the lemon juice, thyme and season to taste. Spoon over fish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until the fish flakes.
