Asian Salmon |

This marinated salmon recipe is a sure fire bet.
Ingredients
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 1/2 cup naturally fermented soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 6 salmon fillets
Instructions
- In a large plastic bag mix the orange juice, soy sauce, stevia, green onions, lemon juice and garlic. Mix well.
- Add fish to the bag and allow to marinate for 1 hour, turning the bag occasionally.
- Preheat broiler. Transfer marinade to bowl and place the salmon on the broiler pan. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Baste the fish every time you check on it. When fish flakes when tested with a fork, it is done.
