This marinated salmon recipe is a sure fire bet.
Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1/2 cup naturally fermented soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
  • 6 salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. In a large plastic bag mix the orange juice, soy sauce, stevia, green onions, lemon juice and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Add fish to the bag and allow to marinate for 1 hour, turning the bag occasionally.
  3. Preheat broiler. Transfer marinade to bowl and place the salmon on the broiler pan. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Baste the fish every time you check on it. When fish flakes when tested with a fork, it is done.
