Argentinean Lamb Chops |

This is a must try recipe if you are searching for a quick way to prepare your lamb chops that definitely doesn't skimp on flavor!
Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops, about 3/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat grill or frill pan to high. Rub lamb chops with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt and pepper. Grill 4 minutes per side. Place on a platter and cover with foil.
- Puree the remaining oil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Season to taste. Serve over the lamb.
