Raw Pumpkin Pie |

With just the right spices and ingredients, this is a great pumpkin pie recipe for the holidays and the changing of the seasons.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almonds
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted and soaked for 4-6 hours
- 2 cups shredded pumpkin
- 1 cup dates, not soaked
- 1/2 cups almonds, soaked overnight
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a food processor blend the almond and dates until smooth. Remove from the food processor and press into a pie pan.
- In a food processor blend the remaining ingredients unil smooth. Pour over the crust and chill for 4 hours.
