Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin
  • 2 scoops Whey Pro Complete
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Raw walnuts
  • Raw coconut flakes
  • Vanilla stevia, to taste
  • Ice, blended

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in a blend and bled thoroughly.
