- 1/2 cup raw yogurt (plain)
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 scoop Dynamic Greens
- 2 scoops Whey Pro Complete
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
- 1/2 boiled beet
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seed, fresh
- 1/4 cup Choco Perfection chips
- Stevia, to taste
- Ice, blended
