Crock-Pot Pea Soup |

Ingredients
- 1 pound split peas, rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 cups chicken stock
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except the salt and pepper into a crock-pot. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8-10 hours, or until the peas are very soft. Season to taste.
