Crock-Pot Navy Bean Soup |

Ingredients
- 1 pound dried navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Sea Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine the first six ingredients in the crock-pot. Cook on high for 1 hour, turn down to low and cook for 8-10 hours.
- When the beans are tender, add tomatoes and sat and pepper to taste.
