Crock-Pot Lentil soup |

Enjoy a big bowl of protein with this lentil soup recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 3 tomatoes, chopeed
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 1 pound lentils, rinsed
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a Crock-Pot, add all the ingredients except the salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Season to taste before serving.
